Applications for Employment [PDF] are accepted only by email and the latest version of Adobe Reader is required to view the form. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox are recommended for downloading this form since some users have reported problems when using Google Chrome.

  3. Save the completed form.  Click the computer disk icon in the upper left corner of the screen or click File in the menu bar at the top of the screen and choose Save as.  Name your file and save the completed application as a pdf document to your computer hard drive or to a flash drive. If you are completing the application at one of the library's public computers, please be sure to have a flash drive available since it is not possible to save files to the hard drives on library computers.
