rape and domestic violence victims who need information and referrals for
services offered in the Baltimore and Carroll County areas. Trained
counselors offer crisis counseling and safety planning. Assists domestic
violence victims seeking shelter, victim advocate and legal options. Assists
rape and sexual assault victims requesting companion to accompany them to
the emergency room.

Operates 2 houses providing transitional shelter for up to 20 women and
children at any given time. Provides case management and therapy for
the women to help them deal with and survive domestic violence and work
