Any violence which occurs in the family is considered domestic
violence. Spouse abuse is a form of domestic violence which occurs between
people who are married or living together. If you live in a family where
there is domestic violence or spouse abuse, you can be affected by it even
if you are not directly involved. It helps to talk to someone who knows how
to handle this very serious problem.
