****Please note the following information about TRD # 2007-10
TRD # 2007-10 concerns the proposed Sparrows Point Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)
terminal facility and the LNG pipeline project proposed to run from Sparrows
Point to Pennsylvania.
Some of the information contained in these notebooks is available online at
http://www.ferc.gov/industries/lng.asp
However, detailed maps of the proposed terminal location and pipeline route
are NOT available online. These maps are most likely what our customers will
want to see and they can be found in the following two volumes: LNG
Terminal Application Environmental Report, Non-Internet, Volumes IV-A and IV-B.
These two volumes are located at end of aisle 3 as there is not enough space
to house all of them at the Towson Information Desk.
The titles and numbering of these notebooks is confusing as they are not
numbered consecutively. A listing of the complete ten volume set is as follows:

Mid-Atlantic Express Pipeline Project Application, Vol. I and II. (total of 2)
LNG Terminal Application, Environmental Report, Vol. II, A-E. (total of 5)

The Issuing agency, AES and Mid-Atlantic Express,
( http://www.aessparrowspointlng.com ) sent BCPL only one copy of a ten volume
set of large notebooks, requesting that it be placed at a central location in
Baltimore County. Since this issue affects many areas of the county and state,
and due to large amount of space required to house these ten volumes, Towson was
chosen as the central location.
